Born from healing. Built for her.
EPATO ONGANDJERA, NAMIBIA
THE FOUNDER
She nearly lost everything. Movement saved her.
Inyenga was born in the village of Epato-Ongandjera, Namibia, out of one woman's personal fight against depression. Our founder nearly lost her life to mental illness, but found healing through a single powerful choice: movement. By embracing okwiinyenga, the Oshiwambo word for "exercising", she transformed her mind, her body, and her future, and from that first step, Inyenga was born. The name means "just move," rooted in a village where movement isn't just physical but spiritual, emotional, and deeply healing. Every product in our collection is named after a girl from that village, not just clothes, but stories of strength, beauty, and possibility woven into every seam. Our mission is exercising for mental health worldwide, because we believe fitness is for your mind first and your body second. Whether it's a morning walk, a full workout, or a stretch in your living room, when you move, you grow, so you can be the best version of yourself. And when you're your best, anything is possible.
Movement is not just physical. In our village, it is spiritual, emotional, and deeply healing.

EVERY PRODUCT HAS A NAME
Named after the girls of our village.
Every set in our collection is named after a real girl from Epato-Ongandjera. These are not just clothes. They are stories of strength, beauty, and possibility woven into every seam. When you wear Inyenga, you carry her name.
Every purchase Makes an Impact.
We are proud of our roots. A portion of every Inyenga sale goes directly to the Laban Shapange Foundation Omagano in Epato Village — funding soup kitchens, school uniforms, and education for children who need it most. No middlemen. Straight to those who need it.
